Milana

 Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub of the United States is an actress, comedian, and activist. Born in the Soviet Union to Jewish parents, she began her career as a child performer just after emigrating to United States. She gained notoriety for her appearances on AT&T commercials on television as salesperson Lily Adams from 2013 to 2016 and , since then, until the year 2020. In addition to her commercial appearances, she also appeared as a series regular on the Yahoo! Screen science fiction comedy Other Space (2015) and was a regular on the NBC drama This Is Us (2016-2017). Vayntrub was also part of the cast as Squirrelgirl in Marvel Rising in 2018 following her role in the pilot television series called New Warriors. Vayntrub was Jewish born in Tashkent, Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic. At two years of age her parents and she immigrated to the U.S. as refugees to get away from antisemitism. They settled in West Hollywood. She started acting in Mattel Barbie commercials at the age of five, because of her family's financial problems. Vayntrub was a student at Beverly Hills High School briefly however she dropped out in her sophomore year. She later obtained the GED and graduated with the Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication at University of California, San Diego. Through the Upright Citizens Brigade she studied Improv comedy.
